Lucas built his career from the ground up within internationally renowned luxury properties, gaining experience across every operational level, from guest services to management.
Fluent in four languages, he operates comfortably across cultures and environments. Calm, rigorous, and detail-driven, he brings structure, consistency, and operational precision, ensuring excellence is delivered with quiet confidence.

Raised within a family-built hotel brand in Indonesia, Mathis developed an instinctive understanding of hospitality from an early age. Having grown up on the island and fluent in Indonesian, he brings deep cultural insight and the ability to navigate seamlessly between local communities and international clientele.
Fluent in five languages, he combines strategic vision with natural relationship-building skills. Bold, intuitive, and forward-thinking, he leads with clarity, ambition, and a strong sense of purpose.
